How to use

Please note

  • For copies of identity documents, please state the purpose and date, for example “For 2026 visa application only”, so that the copy cannot be used for any other purpose.
  • The watermark is placed over the page content as an image. It cannot be selected or removed on its own.
  • If a PDF has an open password, please enter the password first. The resulting file will not have a password.
  • Each file must not be more than 100 MB, or 40 MB on a mobile phone.

Common questions

Will the watermark cover the text?
The lower the opacity, the less it covers. At 25%, the text remains clearly readable.
Can it be added to only some pages?
This tool adds the same watermark to every page.
Can the watermark be removed later?
No. The watermark is merged with the page content and cannot be removed with this tool. Please keep a copy of the original file.
