Convert an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx or .xls) into a PDF. Pages follow the print settings of the spreadsheet, and the sheets appear one after another. This tool uploads your file to our server for conversion. Each file must not be more than 20 MB. The file is deleted from the server as soon as the conversion is complete.

How to use

  1. In Excel, set the print area, orientation and scaling (for example Fit Sheet on One Page) and save the file.
  2. Upload the spreadsheet and select Convert and download.
  3. Download the PDF and check that the pages and tables are complete.

Please note

  • Pages follow the print settings saved in the spreadsheet. Without them, pages are A4 portrait and wide tables are spread across several pages.
  • All sheets are included in order. Hidden sheets are not included.
  • This tool uploads your file to our server for conversion. Each file must not be more than 20 MB. The file is deleted from the server as soon as the conversion is complete.

Common questions

Why is my table split across several pages?
Please open Page Layout in Excel and choose landscape, or set scaling to Fit All Columns on One Page. Save the file and convert it again.
Why is part of the sheet missing?
A print area has probably been set. Please clear or change the print area in Excel and convert the file again.
Is my file kept on the server?
No. The file is used only for this conversion and is deleted as soon as the result is returned to your browser. If a conversion is interrupted, any remaining file is deleted within 1 hour. A conversion that takes more than 90 seconds is stopped.
