Make the PDF with this tool
- Step 1 is set to “NIA online applications (ARC)”, and step 3 is set to: A4 portrait, 1 image per page, 10 mm margin, file size not more than 0.5 MB.
- In step 2, upload the images. Arrange them by dragging on the page preview, or with “Move earlier” and “Move later”. Rotate or crop them if needed.
- For a passport, admission letter, certificate of enrolment or other document with several pages, add a photo of each page and make one PDF.
- If the PDF is larger than 512 KB, the tool lowers the image quality. If it is still too large, put fewer pages in one file.
- In step 4, check the pages, paper and file size. When all items are valid, download the PDF.
Common reasons for rejection
- The file is larger than 512 KB and cannot be uploaded.
- The document is unclear or not upright.
