Passport photo maker

A Taiwan passport or ID card photograph is 3.5 cm wide and 4.5 cm high, with a white background. An uploaded file must be a JPG of not more than 5 MB, at least 413 × 531 pixels. Select your application in Step 1 and the tool sets the pixel size, background and file size, then exports a JPG. The table below lists each official requirement and its source.
