How to use
- Upload the PDF.
- Draw your signature, or upload a photograph of it.
- Select Add signature to this page, drag the signature into place and adjust its size, then save and download.
Please note
- This tool places an image of your signature on the page. It is not a digital certificate signature. If the recipient asks for a digital signature, please sign in the way they specify.
- To upload a photograph, please first sign on white paper with a dark pen. With Remove white background ticked, the paper around the signature becomes transparent.
- If a PDF has an open password, please enter the password first. The resulting file will not have a password.
Common questions
- Is the signature legally valid?
- The recipient decides whether an image of a signature is accepted. This tool only places the image on the page and adds no digital certificate.
- Can I sign more than one page?
- Yes. Go to another page and select Add signature to this page again.
- Is my signature saved on the website?
- No. The signature is used only on the current page and is not saved. After the page is closed, it must be drawn again.
