How to use

  2. Select Convert and download, and wait while the server converts the file.
  3. Download the PDF and check the pages and layout.

Please note

  • Animations and transitions are not included; each slide is output as one page in its final state. Speaker notes are not included.
  • If the presentation uses a font that the server does not have, a similar font is used.
  • This tool uploads your file to our server for conversion. Each file must not be more than 20 MB. The file is deleted from the server as soon as the conversion is complete.

Common questions

Why do the fonts look different?
Please use common fonts in the presentation, for example Arial or Calibri, or use Save as PDF in PowerPoint.
Will the images lose quality?
No. Images are not compressed again and keep their resolution.
Is my file kept on the server?
No. The file is used only for this conversion and is deleted as soon as the result is returned to your browser. If a conversion is interrupted, any remaining file is deleted within 1 hour. A conversion that takes more than 90 seconds is stopped.
