Convert a Word document (.docx or .doc) into a PDF. Pages and layout follow the page setup of the document. This tool uploads your file to our server for conversion. Each file must not be more than 20 MB. The file is deleted from the server as soon as the conversion is complete.

How to use

  2. Select Convert and download, and wait while the server converts the file.
  3. Download the PDF and check the pages and layout.

Please note

  • Common English and Chinese fonts are installed on the server. If the document uses a font that the server does not have, a similar font is used and page breaks may differ slightly from Word. Where the layout must match exactly, please use Save as PDF in Word.
  • Tracked changes and comments are not included, and macros are not run.
  • This tool uploads your file to our server for conversion. Each file must not be more than 20 MB. The file is deleted from the server as soon as the conversion is complete.

Common questions

Why does the layout look different?
This is usually caused by fonts. Please use common fonts in the document, for example Arial or Times New Roman, or use Save as PDF in Word.
Why is there an extra blank page?
Empty paragraphs or a page break at the end of the document can create a blank page. Please delete them and convert the file again.
Is my file kept on the server?
No. The file is used only for this conversion and is deleted as soon as the result is returned to your browser. If a conversion is interrupted, any remaining file is deleted within 1 hour. A conversion that takes more than 90 seconds is stopped.
