Make the PDF with this tool

  1. Step 1 is set to “Multiple images into one PDF”, and step 3 is set to: A4 portrait, 1 image per page, 10 mm margin.
  2. In step 2, upload the images. Arrange them by dragging on the page preview, or with “Move earlier” and “Move later”. Rotate or crop them if needed.
  3. Please select all the images at once. Then drag them on the pages, or use “Move earlier” and “Move later”, to set the order.
  4. With one image per page, the PDF has as many pages as images. Two or four images per page reduce the number of pages.
  5. If each document must be uploaded separately, please make one PDF for each document.
  6. In step 4, check the pages, paper and file size. When all items are valid, download the PDF.

Common reasons for rejection

  • A multi-page document was uploaded as several files, and the later upload replaced the earlier one.
  • The page order does not match the original document or the official notice.
