Questions
- What is the size of a passport size photo in India?
- 3.5 cm wide and 4.5 cm high (35 mm × 45 mm). This size is stated in the Passport Seva, Election Commission (Form 6) and Parivahan Sarathi instructions. The pixel size and the file size in KB are different for each form.
- What is the passport size photo size in pixels?
- There is no single pixel size. It depends on the form. For example, Passport Seva online uploads need 630 × 810 pixels, IBPS recommends 200 × 230 pixels, and Parivahan Sarathi needs not less than 420 × 525 pixels. Select your form in Step 1 and the tool uses its size.
- How do I reduce a photo to 20 KB or 50 KB?
- Select your form in Step 1. The tool sets the file size limit given in the official notice. You can also enter a limit in KB in Step 3. Step 4 shows the file size of the photograph before you download it.
