  • The photograph must be a recent colour photograph, taken within the last 6 months.
  • Caps, hats and dark glasses are not allowed. Religious headwear is allowed if it does not cover the face.
  • If you wear spectacles, there must be no reflections and your eyes must be clearly visible.
  • The signature is uploaded separately: 256 × 64 pixels, 10 KB to 20 KB.
