After you upload files, the results can be checked and downloaded here.
How to use
- In step 1, choose the output format and settings.
- In step 2, upload the files. Several can be chosen at once, and processing starts after upload.
- When all files are done, download them one by one or together.
Notes
- M4A is AAC audio in an MPEG-4 file, widely used on Apple devices and in many recording apps. Some players and upload forms accept MP3 only.
- Converting AAC to MP3 re-encodes the audio. To limit the loss of quality, please choose a bitrate no lower than that of the original file.
- If a file already uses the target codec (for example, AAC audio to M4A), the original audio is copied without re-encoding.
- For M4R, 30 seconds are taken from the start time you enter. According to Apple, a ringtone can be up to 30 seconds long.
- WAV is uncompressed and about 7 times the size of a 192 kbps MP3.
- Processing time depends on your device and the length of the file, and progress is shown on the page. Processing takes longer on a phone, so please keep this page in the foreground and do not lock the screen.
