This tool only exports a digital photograph to the specification; it cannot replace the photo check. You can burn the digital photograph (file name in English letters or numbers only) on its own to the root folder of a CD or DVD and check it at the digital photo check platform of a CTS document service centre. You can also use the photo service at the centre, or a photo studio that uploads the photograph for checking. Photographs that fail the check are not accepted.

Questions

Can I take my own Home Return Permit photo?
Yes, but the digital photograph is accepted only after it passes the photo check. Burn it on its own to a CD or DVD and check it at the digital photo check platform of a document service centre. If it passes, it is uploaded and a pass receipt is printed for your application.
