Photo to A4 PDF: key points and sources
The tool above is already set up for the points below.
- File size
- No common limit
- Paper
- A4 (210 × 297 mm)
- Paper size
- A4 is 210 × 297 mm (ISO 216).
- Orientation
- Each page follows its image: a landscape photo is placed on a landscape page, and a portrait photo on a portrait page.
Make the PDF with this tool
- Step 1 is set to “Photo to A4 PDF”, and step 3 is set to: A4 portrait, 1 image per page, 10 mm margin.
- In step 2, upload the images. Arrange them by dragging on the page preview, or with “Move earlier” and “Move later”. Rotate or crop them if needed.
- In step 3, set Orientation to “Auto” to choose portrait or landscape for each page. If all pages must be portrait, choose “Portrait”.
- A 10 mm margin is suitable for printing. For viewing on screen only, choose no margin so that the photo fills the page.
- Photos are scaled in proportion. They are not stretched or cut off.
- In step 4, check the pages, paper and file size. When all items are valid, download the PDF.
Common reasons for rejection
- The page is not A4 size (for example, a PDF made at the original photo size).
